Our client based in Leicester is seeking to recruit a Multi Lingual Internal Sales Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced internal sales individual to develop


  • Resolving customer queries and issues
  • Ensuring the customer database is up to date
  • Responding to enquiries via email and telephone
  • Taking orders
  • Preparing quotations & negotiate for orders
  • Liaising with sales team
  • Promoting company image
  • Progress orders and keeping customers updated
  • Undertake pro-active sales calls as required

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience of working in a sales administration role, processing orders & producing quotations
  • European language skills
  • Able to multi task
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised with ability to prioritise
  • Accurate with attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills
