Yes, we do both. We place candidates into temporary roles (ranging from a single day to several months, and sometimes leading to a permanent offer) as well as permanent positions. For employers, we act as an Employment Agency for permanent hires and an Employment Business for temporary staffing.
We focus purely on office-based and professional roles, we don’t recruit for manual, industrial, construction, or trade positions. We also don’t place candidates outside of our specialist sectors, as we believe in only working where we can genuinely deliver results.
For job seekers, our service is completely free. There is no charge at any point for candidates. For employers looking to fill vacancies, fees are based on the role’s type and level. No charge is made until a candidate has been interviewed and placed with the company, and the fee is charged once they start. Temporary workers are paid weekly and receive their first payment the week following their first week of work.
All payslips are available online through each worker’s personal portal.
We process all temporary workers through PAYE.
We do not use umbrella companies or any third-party payroll providers.
