Call Centre Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Taking over 100 calls per day

• Oversee daily driver activity, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule
• Act as a central point of contact for drivers, providing guidance and resolving queries
• Build strong working relationships with drivers to support performance and development
• Allocate work based on driver capability, availability, and customer requirements
• Work closely with internal teams, including planning and customer service, to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor service delivery and provide timely updates to relevant departments
• Handle inbound and outbound communication with drivers and internal stakeholders
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
• Support recruitment planning by highlighting resource needs and gaps
• Participate in an out-of-hours support rota when required

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
• Previous call centre experience
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and internal systems
• Reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering high standards
