Elite Personnel is recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator to join a successful and growing business based in North Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service and administration experience who is looking to join a friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and online enquiries
Managing customer orders and updating information accurately on the company system
Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Processing customer requests and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to enquiries in a timely manner
Supporting customers with account information and online services
Coordinating deliveries and resolving any delivery-related queries
Processing returns, refunds and customer requests where required
Maintaining accurate customer and order data
Assisting with general administration duties to support the wider team
Building strong relationships with customers and providing a positive customer experience at all times
Skills & Experience Required
Previous Customer Service and Administration experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Positive, proactive and professional approach
Strong attention to detail
