iTrent Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of payroll using the iTrent system
• Ensuring payroll is completed accurately and in line with deadlines
• Managing statutory deductions including PAYE, NI, pensions, and other benefits
• Handling payroll queries and resolving discrepancies efficiently
• Maintaining and updating employee payroll records
• Producing payroll reports and supporting audits when required
• Ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience working with the iTrent payroll system
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and procedures
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Desirable Skills

• Experience in high-volume payroll environments
• Knowledge of pensions auto-enrolment processes
• Familiarity with HR systems integration
