This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is NVQ Level 3 qualified (or nearly qualified) in Mechanical Engineering who is keen to develop their skills within a supportive and modern manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided, making this the ideal role for someone looking to build a long-term engineering career.
The Role
Your duties will include:
Diagnosing faults on tooling and engineering equipment.
Repairing and maintaining a wide range of tooling.
Carrying out preventative maintenance.
Working alongside experienced engineers to develop your technical skills.
Ensuring tooling is maintained to the highest standards.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
The Ideal Candidate
NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or currently working towards it).
A genuine interest in mechanical engineering and tooling.
Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
Own transport is essential due to the location and travel required .
